Lotion bars are a wonderful way to travel with your lotion. It is great for a quick moisturizing application after washing your hands or dishes. Just set it by your sink on a soap dish, and rub your hands over the lotion bar once you have dried off your hands. It's great to throw in a purse or backpack.

I offer the lotion bars in a bar form (like soap), in a metal container, or in a plastic applicator (like a deodorant bottle).

Our tallow lotions are perfect for everyone in the family! With a 1% essential oil dilution, it is safe for infants all the way to great-great grandparents. Our tallow based lotions are made with tallow, organic cold-pressed olive oil, and essential oils. We do not use any dyes, fragrances, or any questionable ingredients. Our tallow based products have a shelf life up to a year.

Why use tallow based products? Tallow has been used for skin care for centuries. It is easily absorbed by the skin and does not leave a heavy film. It contains anti-inflammatory properties and vitamins A, D, E, K and B12. Tallow is very compatible with the oils already naturally found on our skin. This makes it the perfect choice for your daily skin care.

Rendered tallow is solid at room temperature but will begin to soften and melt at high temperatures.

What is cold-pressed olive oil and why do I use it? Cold-pressed olive oil is of superior quality because it retains not only all of its sensitive aromatic properties, but also the antioxidants and nutrients that are often diminished by the high-speed machinery and elevated temperatures used in modern oil extraction methods.
